When you feel stuck in the mud, that’s exactly how the water inside your heating system feels when it’s not been chemically treated and flushed out.
It’s best practice to drain your heating system entirely every year and flush through with a strong chemical cleaner and add new inhibitor once a clean has taken place, to keep your boiler, pipework, valves and radiators running as efficiently as they can be-it’s best practice to do this at the yearly gas and mechanical service of your boiler. If you haven’t already got a magnetic central heating filter installed to the return pipework to your boiler to protect the boilers heat exchangers and internal parts – this is a must to help maintain the life span of your investment.
