Unfortunately he found a fault with the boiler and it was too late in the day to get parts, but all was sorted out by the next afternoon so we’re very happy about that. They were very knowledgable and respectful. We were in a situation where the boiler had given up the ghost Steve prioritised us and moved things around to book us in quickly as I have someone at home with a disability and having heating is paramount. They carried out a full boiler replacement and fitted thermostatic valves, thermostat and programmer. From the first visit to asess what we needed to the very last minute they were friendly and very professional. They even helped with a couple of things that were additional without a second thought. Everything was taken care of and we now have a toasty warm house.
