Had Stephen Bradley out to repair a radiator that was not getting hot. I was really impressed by the service I received, good communication, efficient and friendly and completed job in a relatively short time with a clear explanation of what the problem was and what he’d done. Quick invoicing and easy way to pay. Would certainly recommend the firm to anyone.

Steve arrived on time, was friendly and polite. He sorted the problem and left, however the leak persisted so we had to call him back. He came back within the hour and quickly found that there was another problem causing the leak which wasn’t apparent on the first visit. He went out and purchased the part, Steve wouldn’t accept payment for the additional time and part.
All working fine now.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Bradley Plumbing,Heating &Gas Services.

Once again Bradley Plumbing to the rescue! Leaking and broken valve on the water supply feed to my washing machine. Steve and George came out, identified the problem, Went and sourced all the relevant bits and fixed everything within an hour. Incredible. Thanks guys!

They were very knowledgable and respectful. We were in a situation where the boiler had given up the ghost Steve prioritised us and moved things around to book us in quickly as I have someone at home with a disability and having heating is paramount. They carried out a full boiler replacement and fitted thermostatic valves, thermostat and programmer. From the first visit to asess what we needed to the very last minute they were friendly and very professional. They even helped with a couple of things that were additional without a second thought. Everything was taken care of and we now have a toasty warm house. I will definitely be using Bradley Plumbing and Heating for any future work and I have immediately booked a boiler service for my Mum & Dad. Thank you so much Guys you worked like Trojans!

Stephen was great when we noticed a leak from one of our radiators over the Christmas period. He came out the next day and explained the issue, replaced a damaged valve and ensured all connections were secure. Stephen then even rebalanced the system which as already made a difference to ensure consistent heating throughout our home! Could not recommend Stephen and team enough

Dec 2025- Steve carried out our 2nd boiler service on a new boiler he fitted for us, last week. Great communication from his team regarding dates available and time of his arrival. Steve provides a professional service. Always friendly, polite and courteous, donning little blue shoe covers when he enters your house. See you again for next years service.

Requested a call back via the website as the hot water stopped working in the evening, received the following morning. Steve came out promptly, diagnosed the problem straight away and fixed it there and then. We used Bradley Plumbing for a simple boiler service. Stephen arrived a time and was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately he found a fault with the boiler and it was too late in the day to get parts, but all was sorted out by the next afternoon so we’re very happy about that. We’d gladly recommend their services and will book again for next years service. Spot on.

Bradley plumbing installed my new boiler. Stephen was friendly, professional and very approachable. He came on time and left no mess. He listened patiently to all my questions and answered my queries in terms I could understand. He also repaired my leaking water tank. I strongly recommend him.
A year later, Steve came back to do my boiler service. Once again, a punctual, professional, visit. There was no mess just a pleasant smile and a job well done. I have no problem in totally recommending him.
