A recent boiler installation for a customer in Dronfield, Derbyshire - the customers property is a 4 bedroom dormer bungalow consisting of 1 main bathroom and a downstairs wc room with a basin and the kitchen, with 12 radiators on 2 levels.

The old combination boiler removed was undersized so our advice was to upsize in killowatt rating and to give a better hot water supply, the hot water demand for the property is ok to be served by a combination boiler as the bathroom has an electric shower fitted over the bath so the demand is about right for a combination boiler to cope with the hot water outlets.

We supplied and fitted an ideal vogue C40 40 killowatt combination boiler with a flue plume management kit to direct nuisance pluming at low level, the ideal central heating filter, a wireless programmable room thermostat to comply with the boiler plus efficiency regulations and a chemical flush of the heating system and inhibitor chemicals added upon final flush. The boiler came with a 12-year warranty from the manufacturer Ideal Boilers.
