Firstly, I picked this company from the listing on Google, because our longstanding plumber has retired with health issues. I am ALWAYS suspicious of tradesmen because the media gives them a rough ride. I contacted the link email and a response came back almost immediately. I gave them my job details and we agreed a time when it would be convenient for them to call. The appointment was confirmed and reminders were received days before the event. I was given an approximate arrival time but a previous job had caused a delay. Luckily I was home all day and not troubled by the delay. Once Stephen and his assistant, George, arrived they went immediately to the boiler and began the service. My husband was asked to look at the work they were doing and after a while I realised the news was not good and I was right. The boiler has a few issues and the short version is, it will need replacing within a year. For now it is fine and not a danger but wearing parts will need to be addressed. We have agreed to have it replaced next year and will be very happy to have Stephen back to complete the work. They are very polite and respectful and even apologised for giving us bad news on a first visit!!! I feel I can trust their work and will use them for my household plumbing/gas repairs from now on.

My Son-in-law recommended Stephen for a repair to my toilet and fall pipe. He came the same day of the call out and repaired both problems straight away. I found him and George to be most courteous and very efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Steve gave a very competitive quote and arrived on schedule to fit the boiler with minimum fuss and no disruption. Stephen and his team replaced my combi- boiler and flue. They did it in a day on the hottest day of the year with the minimum amount of disruption. Stephen quoted a really competitive price and stuck to it. I am extremely pleased with the work carried out and will not hesitate in using him for any future plumbing work and the annual boiler servicing.

We called Bradley Plumbing in with a view to replacing our defunct gas boiler, Stephen gave our system a thorough inspection, making suggestions and explaining everything clearly and in terms we could understand rather than blinding us with science, we appreciated his friendly and very helpful attitude. We accepted the quote and the new boiler was fitted in an efficient manner, clearing up as they went and leaving the area clean and tidy . Bradley plumbing installed my new boiler. Stephen was friendly, professional and very approachable. He came on time and left no mess. He listened patiently to all my questions and answered my queries in terms I could understand. He also repaired my leaking water tank. I strongly recommend him. A year later, Steve came back to do my boiler service. Once again, a punctual, professional, visit. There was no mess just a pleasant smile and a job well done. To re pressurise hot water cylinder, new shower unit, new toilet pan and re routing pipework. Stephen assessed the job carefully and well and communicated well, both himself and via Dawn, who fielded phone calls to free up the workmen's time and act as go- between - really useful. Stephen has an apprentice, his son George and as a team they interact well together. For me, a great job done efficiently with no drama or surprises. Stephen genuinely seems to want his customers to be satisfied and happy with his work and strives hard to achieve this, which he did for me. So yes, a high recommendation from me.

We've used Steve / Bradley for a couple of years. Can't find a fault. Steve and the team are great from getting it booked through to finishing the job. He provides advice and creative solutions - I've had BG boiler cover before and no longer bother....just call Bradley.
